’m Russell, the founder of Hatchable — and I’ve been building businesses since I was 11.
Over the years, I’ve started, scaled, and sold eleven businesses across multiple sectors — from small service companies to multi-million-pound enterprises. I know what it takes to build something from nothing. And more importantly, I know the hidden traps that can derail even the best ideas.
I created Hatchable because I believe owning your own business should be exciting — not exhausting. And because I believe nobody should have to navigate the hardest parts alone.

There are plenty of people selling websites, templates, and business kits.
That’s not what we do.

Freedom is what drove me to entrepreneurship at eleven years old, selling chickens from my parents’ shed, to make money to spend on my bike.
